Computer Aided Cutting Technology

With over 15 years structural design experience, the Computer-Aided-Cutting (CAC) team currently work with leading advertising agencies, design companies and commercial organisations to package and trial new products for market both here and overseas. At JayPak, our CAC Technology enables our clients to create precise, detailed packaging samples and point-of-sale design to suit individual products.

Whether the product is plastic coated, waterproof stock for seafood packaging, or a high quality gloss cardboard for cosmetics, the JayPak team has the expertise and experience to advice. With our modern 6-colour Komori printing presses, we can apply high gloss aqueous coatings, while guaranteeing print production at a standard which has become the benchmark for the packaging industry throughout Australia.

At JayPak, we are able to navigate projects every step of the way from initial concepts through to the finished product. Structural design, artwork design from supplied art, and all steps in the production process are handled on-site by our professional staff ensuring a consistent quality.
